Anti Snoring Mouthpieces
We tested out a few different anti snoring mouthpieces that were purchased online. While most claim that they conform to your mouth and are comfortable to wear, they were not comfortable at all and didn't fit that well.
While some people love their mouthguards, these mouthpieces aren't for everyone. We would suggest visiting your dentist to get a mouthguard that is fitted for your exact mouth instead of trying to purchase any that are found online.
